The END RECIDIVISM PROJECT Extreme
is a 501 (C)3  NON Profit
Our mission is to empower individuals transitioning from incarceration to fully reintegrate and thrive through a holistic approach that heals mind, body and soul.  We extend this commitment to the next generation through RISEUP YAP, providing at risk youth with the tools needed to break cycles of generational incarceration by offering a hand up not a hand out,  Equipping families with the avenues to take charge of their futures.  This effort is powered by Take Charge Wellness Center Extreme, inc.
